This site is operated by Calibre HR Consultancy LLP, trading as Calibre HR, of H 2, Western Express Highway, Navpada, Vile Parle East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400099. Using the site or taking the assessment means these terms apply to you.
If you are a candidate
You pay nothing
Calibre HR charges candidates no fee, at any stage, for any reason. Our fee comes from the employer. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay, and write to hr@calibrehr.in.
We do not guarantee employment
Clearing the assessment means you enter our shortlist pool for roles that match your experience. It is not an offer of employment and it is not a promise of an interview. Offers are made by employers, on their own judgement, and we have no power to require one. Please keep applying elsewhere while you wait to hear from us.
Your information must be true
The CV you upload and the answers you give must be your own and must be accurate. Submitting someone else's CV, having someone else sit the assessment, or copying answers from another source ends the application, and we may decline future applications from you.
The assessment
The assessment runs for thirty minutes on a server side timer and must be completed in one sitting. The link expires after 48 hours. We record timing, tab switches and paste events while you take it, as described in the privacy notice. The questions, the paper and the marking are ours, and may not be copied, recorded, published or shared.
How we use what you send
Your CV and report go to employers we are actively hiring for. The privacy notice sets out the rest, including how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
If you are an employer
Nothing on this site is an offer of service. Fees, replacement terms, exclusivity, timelines and liability are set out in the written agreement we sign with you, and that agreement prevails over anything written here or said on a call.
Candidate reports we send you are confidential and are shared for the purpose of that hiring decision only. They may not be forwarded outside your organisation or used for any other role without our agreement, and candidate data in them is subject to the same law that binds us.
Accuracy of this site
Placement figures, salary figures and timelines published on this site are drawn from records we hold. They describe what happened in those cases. They are not a prediction of what will happen in yours, and salary outcomes vary by role, experience, city and employer.
Trademarks and content
The Calibre HR name, mark and the content of this site belong to Calibre HR Consultancy LLP. Company names, logos and marks belonging to others appear here with the permission of their owners, remain their property, and their presence does not mean those companies endorse Calibre HR.
Liability
We take care over the site and the assessment, but we do not warrant that either is uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of a job opportunity or of an employee.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version and date at the top tell you which version applies. Material changes are notified to candidates whose applications are open at the time.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
