The six minutes that matter.

If you did the work, these are the easiest questions on the paper. If the CV is borrowed, they are impossible.

You wrote that you handled month end close at your last employer. Walk us through the order you did it in, and the one thing that most often went wrong.

A model answer from the internet does not fit, because the question is built from your own employer, your own dates and your own tools. Someone who sat in that chair answers it in two minutes without thinking.

Nothing here is a trick. There is no trap wording and no negative marking.

What is recorded.

Enough that a copied answer is visible in the report. No webcam, no screen recording, and no software to install.

Forty seconds on a question that needs four minutes is its own kind of answer. None of this is used on its own to reject anybody.

What happens after you submit.

  1. You get a received email

    Straight away, with no score in it. Scores are for the employer, not for a rejection letter.

  2. The paper is marked

    Machine marking for the objective sections, written marking for the scenarios and the CV questions.

  3. You hear whether you cleared

    Clearing means you are in the shortlist pool for this role. It does not mean a job has been offered, and we will never write to you as though it has.

  4. You wait, and keep applying

    Roles are matched in order of experience against what each employer is asking for, so there may be a wait. Carry on with your other applications. We will write the moment something fits.

Your CV and your data.

A CV is personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. You consent on the form, you can withdraw that consent by writing to hr@calibrehr.in, and your CV and answers are deleted automatically after 365 days unless you are placed.

Your CV goes to employers we are actively hiring for, and to nobody else. It is not sold, not listed and not posted to a job board.
