What you would do.
- Edit long and short form to a brief
- Handle sound, colour and captions to a standard
- Version for each platform and aspect ratio
- Manage media and project files so nothing is lost
What you need.
- Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve
- A reel, not a description of a reel
- Pace judgement, which is most of the job
