Pays everyone correctly and on the same date every month.
What it pays.

| Fresher, 0 to 1 year | 3 to 4 LPA |
| 1 to 3 years | 4 to 6 LPA |
| 3 to 5 years | 6 to 8.5 LPA |
| 5 to 7 years | 8.5 to 11 LPA |
| 7 to 10 years | 10 to 14 LPA |

What you would do.
- Run payroll, from inputs to payslips to payment
- Handle PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS on salary
- Answer employee queries without disclosing others’ data
- Keep records ready for statutory filing and audit
