What it pays.

| Fresher, 0 to 1 year | 2.5 to 3.5 LPA |
| 1 to 3 years | 3.5 to 5.5 LPA |
| 3 to 5 years | 5.5 to 7.5 LPA |
| 5 to 7 years | 7.5 to 10 LPA |
| 7 to 10 years | 9.5 to 13 LPA |

What you would do.
- Handle onboarding, documentation and induction
- Maintain attendance, leave and the HR records
- Support performance cycles and employee queries
- Run exits properly, including the paperwork
What you need.
- Indian labour and statutory basics
- An HRMS, and the spreadsheets around it
- Discretion with people’s personal matters
